The Bridge Church

Newsletter September 29, 2023

Happy Friday Bridge Family!

When we hang out on Sunday it will be October 1st!  Where does the time go?  God only knows as we’re learning through the study in Genesis.

In October we’ll be kicking off several mid-week gathering opportunities.  Life Groups will launch on October 15th and there will be opportunities to sign up in person and online.  Life Groups are an intentional, yet casual meeting during the week, focusing on building relationships and growing through discussion of Sunday’s teaching.

There will also be a Women’s Bible Study kicking off on October 19th!  Karen Grove will be leading an eight week study in the book Remember Your Joy on Thursday nights from 6:30-8pm at the Bridge.  Sign up at Connect Corner on Sunday or online at the link below.

Adults and kids (parents- remind the kids!): this Sunday we start the Adults vs. Kids Penny Drive to raise money for the Community Toy Store.  Coins will fund the purchase of gifts for the store which sells to the low-income families in the community for 75% off retail price right before Christmas.  Each Sunday in October we will be collecting pennies in separate containers for the kids and the adults.  The most pennies wins an ice cream sundae party hosted by the other team!
